Since October 7, 2023, when Hamas terrorists attacked Israeli civilians and more than 240 hostages were taken, an ongoing war between Israel and Hamas and the ensuing humanitarian suffering have drawn members of communities — including university campuses and including MIT — into serious tension with one another.
